Mechanical Design Engineer

Mechanical Design Engineer required to join a well-established manufacturing company that is based in the Northampton area. The ideal candidate will come from a Mechanical Design engineering background, have experience with hydraulics and project management.

• Analysing and testing existing products to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with other Engineers, Designers, and Project Managers
• Writing detailed operational procedures
• Creating budgets and timelines for each project
• Ensuring all products meet safety regulations
• Researching other products in the market to generate ideas for improvement

• Previous experience within a similar position
• Degree qualified or equivalent within a Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Project Management experience
• Solidworks experience

• Full time - Permanent position
• Monday to Friday
• Salary - �35,000 - �48,000 (DOE)
• 28 days holiday including BH
• Pension
