Location - Anglesey
Torque Consulting is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineers for a global manufacturing company who are who are expanding rapidly. They design develop and manufacture on site and have recently move into a new state of the art facility. The role is available to due company expansion. You will be working with some of the worlds largest engineering companies to complete bespoke projects and design work for clients across the globe.
Job details:
This role will be overseeing projects from cradle to grave completing design work using Solidworks, including BOM’s, detailing and preparation of specifications. Understanding the manufacturing process and the customer requirement for each high-level bespoke design. Participate in design meetings and reviews as well as cost analysis for projects.
The ideal Candidate:
Experience with Solidworks
FEA experience (Beneficial)
Understanding industry regulations.
A relevant engineer qualification or degree
Prior experience with Drives/transmission/hydraulics/Pneumatics is Desirable
Willing to take on graduates!
