Mechanical Design Engineer

I'm recruiting on behalf of an electronics manufacturing business in Norwich who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer. The work involves creation of detailed designs, technical drawings, material selection and other tasks associated with design.�

ROLE:�Mechanical Design Engineer

LOCATION: Norwich

SALARY: up to �45,000

Required skills for the Mechanical Design Engineer are:

• 3D CAD package (ideally Solidworks)


• Exposure to a tightly toleranced industry/product (machinery, robotics, thermal design, electronics)


• Application of GD&T�


• DFMEA, manual design cals, FEA, Root Cause and tolerance stack analysis
