Options Resourcing Ltd are recruiting for a Mechanical Contracts Manager for a leading mechanical and electrical company based in Loughton, Essex. All the projects are in London and the surrounding areas. They are looking for someone to run commercial projects including offices and shop fit outs with a project value of up to 1 million.
The role is a permanent basis with a mixture of office and site working environments. They are open to taking on the right candidate on a contract basis initially.
The salary is negotiable but they are looking to pay is between 45k-65k per annum + car allowance depending on experience.
