We're currently recruiting for the following permanent position in Exeter, Devon

Required: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Location: Exeter

Salary: up to £65k + £6k car allowance (or company car)

This is working for a regional and national M&E Building Services Contractor who have been established for over 70yrs working across construction sectors including Leisure & Retail, Commercial & Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Defence and Custodial; turning over circa £140m a year.

In your position with this company, you'll oversee projects within the Devon area (& sometimes neighbouring counties); typically running projects from £400-800k and if engaged as a Contracts Manager running x2-3 projects (circa £1.4m) at any given time.

Duties will include

Attend client and internal meetings from pre-contract, progress, commissioning to post contract.

Management of multiple projects across

Assist with design, lead the procurement process, and assist with surveying, oversee installations and commissioning processes.

Overseeing Health and Safety, site engineering staff and both supervisory staff/sub-contractors.

Assist in finalising all accounts.
