Job Title: Mechanical Construction Manager

Salary: �65,000 - �75,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)

Location: Wimbledon, West London

Company Description

An industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager, in conjunction with a major mixed use commercial office & hotel development located in West London. My client is renowned for providing M&E design and installation services to the commercial office, pharmaceutical, data centre, education sectors, hotel & leisure and residential construction sectors.

Based between head office and site, the ideal candidate will have upwards of five years' experience as a Mechanical Site Manager/ Mechanical Construction Manager whilst a stable career history with leading M&E building services contractors is also preferred. In return, you will receive a market leading basic salary, long term career prospects and support with future career progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.
  • Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.
  • Technical documentation and project reporting including risk assessments, method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals etc.
  • Attending weekly progress meetings with the client, main contractor and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring key milestones are achieved, with a high quality of installation maintained throughout.

Remuneration Package

  • A market leading basic salary up to �75,000.
  • Car allowance/ travel expenses.
  • Contributory pension scheme.
