Job Title: Mechanical Construction ManagerSalary: £65,000 - £75,000 basic salary (including additional company benefits)Location: Wimbledon, West LondonCompany DescriptionAn industry leading mechanical & electrical building services specialist are currently recruiting a Mechanical Construction Manager, in conjunction with a major mixed use commercial office & hotel development located in West London. My client is renowned for providing M&E design and installation services to the commercial office, pharmaceutical, data centre, education sectors, hotel & leisure and residential construction sectors.Based between head office and site, the ideal candidate will have upwards of five years' experience as a Mechanical Site Manager/ Mechanical Construction Manager whilst a stable career history with leading M&E building services contractors is also preferred. Duties & Responsibilities:Managing site based mechanical trade contractors.Ensuring safe management and control of mechanical services installation & ensuring works are carried out in accordance with procedures/ processes.Technical documentation and project reporting including risk assessments, method statements, O&M manuals, technical submittals etc.Attending weekly progress meetings with the client, main contractor and subcontractors.Ensuring key milestones are achieved, with a high quality of installation maintained throughout.Remuneration PackageA market leading basic salary up to £75,000.Car allowance/ travel expenses.Contributory pension scheme.Discretionary bonus (personal KPI/ company performance based).25 days holiday.
