Mechanical Construction Manager - Data CentreNW London£80-105k + accommodation & rotation if requiredI'm looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager/Mechanical Lead to work on the mechanical package of a major new Data Centre project in NW London.Working for a specialist subcontractor, the successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, to help drive on site productivity, ensuring the program of works remains on schedule.Responsibilities will include:- To Provide quality service and product to clients in line with project goals- To work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Design, Planning & Technical Services teams- To work closely with the Health & Safety Manager in planning the works- To identify problems and offer solutions prior to and during construction- To review design and shop drawings, the project programme and contribute where necessary- To produce precise and succinct project reports- To produce logistic plans and method statements- To review and manage temporary works processes associated with the works project- To chair trade contractor meetings when required- Develop detailed programmes with the project plannerWhat do you need:- Degree qualified or time served experience- Civils, structures package management experience- Previous experience of successfully carrying out a similar role to a high standard- Experience of delivering at least one major project- Data Centre experience- Delivering complex projects small and large- Fully conversant with construction and all relevant Health & Safety legislation and previous experience of successful implementation on a major project- In addition to general knowledge of common building and service trade, has greater in-depth knowledge and expertise of civils and structural, as well as knowledge in specific areas of M&E services are usefulPlease forward an up to date CV for consideration - #####
