Key Responsibilities:

• Project management


• Report preparation


• Oversight of design consultants and building contractors


• Providing solutions and cost projections


• Management of site design and construction processes


• Resource planning


• Ensuring team alignment with project requirements and deadlines


• Upholding safety and quality standards


• Ensuring project profitability


• Commissioning projects


• Reporting on construction progress


• Other associated duties

Qualifications and Key Criteria:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager


• Comprehensive knowledge of the design and construction process


• Adeptness in managing people and programs


• Background in trade or relevant tertiary education


• Proven track record of coordinating and managing large projects


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to thrive under pressure and within strict deadlines


• Capacity to drive large-scale projects


• Proficiency in computer skills including Windows, MS Office, and MS Project
