Mechanical Clerk of Works

We're looking for a part - time Mechanical Clerk of Works , Warwickshire area responsible for carrying out comprehensive inspections on various Education projects
The role
** Please note this role is 3 days per week ** IR35 Status - OUTSIDE **
Our client is seeking an experienced mechanical clerk of works to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out comprehensive inspections on various Educational projects .
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor ongoing construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Maintain detailed progress records, documenting all relevant factors for each project on a weekly basis.
* Perform inspections prior to handover and at the end of defect correction phases.
* Provide technical advice, works specification input and budget cost plans.
* Compile and submit detailed site visit reports.
* Participate actively in site meetings.
The Requirements
* Recognised qualifications in Mechanical field
* Technically competent in mechanical building services.
* Good understanding of statutory compliance and Health and Safety requirements.
* Preferably holds certifications such as MICWCI/LICWCI/ICWCI/CIOB/RICS.
