Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Our client is a small but particularly well established Mechanical and Electrical sub-contractor. They specialise in M&E Installation Management on New Build and refurbishment projects in Central London. Most of their work is in the City and West-End. The company is well run by Building Services professionals who have substantial experience and manage a business which is a rewarding place to work.

Project work involves Building Services Installation projects typically between �1M and �5M in value. They work on a huge variety of projects in the built environment including commercial developments, retail projects, leisure, media and technology, very high spec resi., etc.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a relatively small company with a really friendly team. You will have proper autonomy over projects but back-up from an experienced and professional team. This is the sort of company where you will be a name not a number.

We are looking for a Mechanically biased Building Services Installation Engineer or Senior Engineer who can manage operations on site, liaise effectively with the client and generally ensure the project progresses successfully. We are looking for someone who has solid experience of managing Mechanical Building Services Installation, HVAC and Ventilation on New Build and Refurbishment Projects and is ideally familiar with the London market.
