KS3-4 Maths Teacher Required for September in Outstanding all girls school

We are looking for a KS3-4 Maths Teacher to fill a teaching position in a secondary school in the Dartford area, London.

We are nurturing, engaging 11-18 school where students achieve well and flourish. This school is unique in Dartford as the only non-selective school for girls. In addition, we are a small College and pride ourselves on the excellent relationships between staff, students and parents.

• KS3 and KS4 position but you will only be required to teach KS3-4
• Supportive Maths department
• NQTs will be considered and there is strong support for the NQT induction

• This is a full time position including planning and marking

• Warm and welcoming atmosphere at the school

The right Maths Teacher will be:

• Experienced with the UK curriculum
• Confident with teaching Key Stage 3-4 Maths
• Creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box

The successful Secondary Maths Teacher will have the following:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• A degree in Maths or a relevant subject
• UK classroom teaching experience
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Be able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
• A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
