As a Maths Teacher, you will behelping students daily with their academic, behavioural, therapeutic, andvocational needs. This short stay Alternative Provision is seeking a Maths Teacherto start as soon as possible, with a view taking them on permanently from September.The successful Maths Teacher will be delivering an essential education tostudents with social and emotional difficulties. The role will involve teachingsmall groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students, who in many cases will be behindand will need extra encouragement to get back to expected grades. The ideal MathsTeacher will strive to improve school-wide efforts to enhance numeracyabilities and actively collaborate with teachers in all other departments topromote their learning.The provision works hard to promote independence and self-worth and insists onthe highest standards of behaviour, attitude to learning and respect for oneanother and the environment.
