Job DescriptionManage and oversee the team, building an open, performance orientated cultureEnsure materials are procured and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand requirements.Implement and maintain effective supply chain strategies.Collaborate with various departments to forecast needs, and drive efficienciesManage supplier relationships, building trust and performanceMonitor and report on key supply chain metrics.Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
