Master Technician – Welwyn Garden City – Main Dealership – £35,000We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced MasterTechnician to join their busy Service Department.Hours: full time flexible, 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis OR shift patternsBasic plus OTE up to £60,00025 days annual leave plus bank holidaysKey Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standardEffectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standardsTo be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always metMinimum Master Technician Requirements:Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)Have at least 2 years’ experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (or similar)Must have a Driving LicenseTake responsibility for the quality and quantity of their workMaster Technician – Welwyn Garden City – Main Dealership – £35,000 Job Type:- PermanentHours:- Full TimeJob Tile:- Master Technician
