You will lead and develop sales team leaders across various functions to exceed sales goals and prioritise a Customer First Culture. Ensuring world-class customer service, identifying new market opportunities using data, and managing sales metrics and budgets are central to my responsibilities. You will optimise operational processes to meet customer needs and collaborate with other departments to drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the whole EMEA region, not only for the UK.
