Working in a fast-paced environment, you will bring your expertise and skills to tackle the challenges that impact millions of people on our journey to become the No.1 food platform in Thailand. What you’ll Do: Drive overall growth and performance of the assigned area by managing all facets of business including fleet operations and marketingOversee day-to-day operations of LINE MAN services in the local areaApply analytical skills with local market knowledge to identify and implement strategies for growth; observe local competitor movement and create competitor analysis reportsForecasting involves making predictions of events that will occur in the future based on past data.Establish and lead the local team to ensure harmony, synergy, and excellence among the teamManage and drive performance of local fleet operations such as fulfillment rate, match rate, and cancellation rateMonitor metrics, and ensure high-quality experiences on the LINE MAN platform to provide the most reliable food delivery service in townDevelop and optimize processes, including design processes, be them prospecting, onboarding, account management, or training to fuel growth and drive efficiency What you’ll Need:
3+ years in Management, Start-Up, Operations, On-Demand ServicesAt least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, management, or related field.Experienced and strong understanding of O2O service platforms, especially the food delivery service will be strongly preferred.Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through extremely strong analytical thinking and modeling ability (Excel skills necessary)Good business understanding and judgment., comfort in understanding a business through data analysisAbility to cope with pressure and an environment where not everything works yet, strong interest in taking ownership of problems rather than worrying about whose problem it is
