The Role

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will work closely with our managers to develop and implement strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, advertisements, and marketing material for the Agricultural division.


• Manage social media channels, creating posts and collecting content with the help of the team.


• Negotiate marketing deals with magazines and shows societies.


• Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and our websites.


• Work with the Sales Managers responsible for the updating of stock, ensuring the photos are presenting the product professionally.


• Visit locations and gather material from customers and staff to create marketing testimonials and news related articles.


• Assist with lead management through portals and website.


• Support event planning and execution, including trade shows.


• Collaborate with franchises and contractors to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Person Specification

• Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work.


• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.


• Creative mindset and a key eye for detail.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Personable, enthusiastic and approachable.


• Adobe skills are desirable but not essential.


• Competent with photography and videography
