Summary of the role
In this role you will work directly with the agency founders and creative director to inject impact and sparkle to Seeblue's marketing! We're looking for an innovative and dynamic
B2B marketer who's early in their career but excited to deepen their B2B expertise by working alongside experienced marketing leaders.
If you're energetic and curious, with good instincts for the right marketing levers to pull to drive engagement and achieve growth you'll fit right in!
You'll be responsible for ensuring we have an
always-on, impactful presence in the market.
You'll feel encouraged to
bring new ideas
and
work with our internal creative team and external partners as necessary to make them happen. You'll manage an annual marketing budget and be able to report on the effectiveness of your activities.
The key deliverables of this role are:
Build our content engine
With a focus on quality, turn the depth of knowledge and ideas already within the agency into a consistent content output. Develop multi-format content pieces to educate, entertain and excite our target audience.

Develop content and creative ideas for use across LinkedIn, email and Direct Mail
·
Inject new life into our podcast and video output
·
Use our martech tools (Foleon, Folloze and AI) to create high-impact content experiences
Create demand
Plan activity across our social media, email, direct mail, video, and podcast channels to create an engaging and frictionless experience for our target audience. You'll manage the execution of these activities to a defined audience, to drive awareness and demand feeding our new business pipeline.

Keep our Website fresh
Share our best content on our website to keep it engaging.
You’ll be the point of contact for our web developer and SEO specialist who can manage the website back-end.
Your Experience
You'll have at least one year of B2B marketing experience and feel ready to take on a more active role in planning and delivering marketing activities that deliver results. You may already have some experience using Gen AI tools or you'll be curious to explore their potential for B2B marketing.

Skills & Experience
·
A minimum of 1 year B2B marketing experience
·
Strong written communication/proofing skills.
·
Commercially astute/ROI focused.
·
Critical tools: Canva or Indesign, LinkedIn, Video Editing software.
·
Experience developing podcasts an advantage.
·
Understanding & experience of Account Based Marketing an advantage.
Qualification and Educational Requirements

Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
