We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator/Executive to join our team in Swarco UK & Ireland! This role is hybrid working and the right candidate will be located in Melsonby or Basingstoke. Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing activities for a specific geographic areaFoster a strong relationship with the central marketing team, local sales and operations teams, to align the strategy with the regional goals and needsConsolidate and optimize various local customer touch point interactionsFeedback market trends and customer insights to recommend adjustments to central marketing strategy, aiming to improve local customer engagementImplement global marketing strategy and G2M approach in local markets, based on regional needsResponsible for (localization of) centrally created sales enablement materialsGather local market know howYour ProfileYour ProfileProfessional experience in marketing, ideally in a B2B environmentIndustry-specific knowledgeComprehensive understanding of local market trendsExperience with event planning and executionExperience with a CRM system is a plus Valid UK driving licence.
