Together, our goal is to be the SaaS safety solution in every kitchen in the world.Freshly fuelled by a £3.5 million Series A funding round, our mission is to boost our growth and build our brand presence across key industry verticals.About the Role Position Summary: As one of our Marketing Programme Specialists, you will develop and manage campaign strategies for an Industry Vertical assigned to you, alongside a dedicated industry-specific Account Executive. You will be responsible for creating and delivering measurable campaigns in collaboration with the wider Marketing team, managing execution, tracking effectiveness and adhering to budgets. You will ensure timely campaign delivery and execution, and drive continued improvement by evaluating successes and identifying improvement opportunities to deliver outstanding ROI for your assigned Industry Vertical.We work primarily remotely, with office days and meet-ups to enhance relationships and collaborate. So, you will need to be able to work independently and proactively when remote, with excellent communication skills a priority. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for one of our Industry Verticals, working in collaboration with an industry-specific Account Executive
Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning within your Industry Vertical
Plan and execute engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including Digital Advertising, Email marketing, social media, content marketing, PR and paid Media and Events
Creation of campaign assets both visual and written
Analyse campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimise and enhance
Ensure seamless execution and timely launch of campaigns
Utilising CRM systems to drive lead nurturing
Requirements:
Experience in a B2B environment
Experience in creating multi-channel campaigns across digital, email and paid media platforms
Experience creating web content via WordPress
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
Creative outlook and innovative mindset
Can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for driving results and achieving targets Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva or other relevant design tools – we don’t expect you to be a designer but the ability to put together email campaigns, social media posts and basic ads is expectedWhat We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package
