Together, we can make a dent in the universe bigger than ourselves.As part of the Marketing function, the Marketing Program Manager is responsible for key program delivery, coordinating within the Marketing department and cross-functionally with the broader go-to-market organization. The Marketing Program Manager will work on define and manage the delivery of marketing programs across Demand Generation, Corporate and Product Marketing, as well as Reporting and internal communications.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will work closely with a wide set of cross-functional stakeholders across the marketing and field organizations to manage and report on the delivery of key business outcomes. Whar you will be doingSupport the implementation and execution of the Marketing strategic programs across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Planning, Reporting, and Internal Comms.Lead the orchestration, steering and advising of the Marketing Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Applying governance and process to meetings, reporting, alignment, execution sprints and reviews to these programs.Assist in designing, implementing and managing an agile Marketing Sprint cycle to accelerate and coordinate the delivery of work across the Marketing OrganisationDefine, iterate and refine operational processes as Matillion’s marketing organization matures to maintain and improve efficiency across programsDevelop and manage a consistent business cadence to keep key cross-functional stakeholders across the organization informed about Marketing activities, progress, deliverables, timelines, etcIndependently manage small-medium size/complexity projects/programmesCollaborate across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders in GtM, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Marketing (eg. Content, Creative, and PR), Marketing Operations & Analytics, Sales, FP&A, and more to successfully plan, interlock and track program activities, milestones and datesIdentify, assess and manage dependencies, risk, issues and impediments, helping to remove bottlenecks where the teams cannot do it themselvesImplement, maintain and evolve realistic program, quality, change control and risk management processes to enable tracking and reporting of program performance/healthWhat we are looking forProven ability to work cross functionally with different business areas and SME's to successfully deliver change for MatillionExperience in a similar project, program or operational management role and thrives in the world of getting stuff done through others and building management approaches to track performanceExperience with modern project management software such as AsanaSolid interpersonal skills and experience building productive and positive relationships at all levelsA data savvy person with a desire to build a strong quantitative & problem-solving toolkit, comfortable using varying sources of data, qualitative inputs and assumptions to quickly test and prioritize hypothesesOutstanding collaboration skills, prior experience working in a matrix and geographically distributed organization A strong cross-functional communicator with an ability to use verbal and written communication to express ideas clearly and succinctlyAt Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards.
