Additionally, a high-level understanding of all social media platforms is essential to drive our brand's online presence and engagement.

Reporting to the CEO & Creative Director and responsible for a marketing Co-Ordinator and 2 Social Media Creative Leads, the role is based in their C London offices with some international travel.

The Role:
Implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to enhance brand visibility. Utilize your expertise to drive the vision for affiliate marketing growth and manage a team to execute this vision. Lead influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement across various social media platforms. Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns to ensure timely execution and monitor budgets to optimize ROI. Oversee the creation and distribution of compelling content across various channels, including social media, email marketing, social advertising, and press releases. Execute brand collaboration partnerships. Maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure media coverage and press opportunities. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, PR, and social media to keep our brand ahead of the competition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing initiatives. Ability to plan, manage and execute branded events and report on results from such events. Work with directors to plan and delegate duties for successful sale events. Ability to explore other outlets for brand awareness campaigns such as physical advertising or collaborations. -
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and PR roles, with at least 3 years of experience specifically within the fashion industry. Proven experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and partnerships. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and campaign analyses. Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude to address challenges and achieve marketing goals. Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external partners, media contacts, and third-party PR agencies. In-depth knowledge and understanding of all major social media platforms to drive impactful social media marketing strategies.
