Exciting Opportunity:  Marketing/PR Executive 
Location: East Hertfordshire 

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000pa

Working Hours – 08:30 – 17:00, Mon-Fri



AYG Care is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the health and social care sector. We are currently representing a prestigious domiciliary care provider seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join their team permanently.



Purpose of Role:

As the Marketing Executive for our client, you will collaborate with the management team to elevate the brand presence of a renowned domiciliary care business in the local community. Drive growth and success through innovative marketing strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the marketing strategy for our client's domiciliary care business.

- Identify and leverage advertising and promotional opportunities across various channels.

- Create engaging marketing materials, including print and digital assets.

- Establish and nurture relationships with local media outlets to enhance brand visibility.

- Coordinate feedback and PR events to engage stakeholders and the community.

- Manage PR activities such as photoshoots, interviews, and press releases.

- Maintain the business microsite and social media presence in alignment with brand guidelines.

- Evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies for optimal impact.

- Cultivate partnerships within the health and care community to drive business growth.

- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

- Proficient in computer literacy and administrative tasks.

- Adherence to confidentiality and business policies.



Additional Requirements:

- Flexibility in working hours and commitment to ongoing learning.

- Satisfactory criminal records check and eligibility to work with vulnerable individuals.

- Valid driver's license, Class 1 business insurance, and current MOT for own vehicle use.



Desirable Criteria:

- Diploma in marketing, communications, or related field.

- Previous experience in budget management.

- Previous Marketing/PR experience in the Health and Social Care industry
