The Opportunity
You are a collaborative, process-driven team player who will play a vital role in building the foundations of our newly formed Marketing Operations function that sits across the CPHI and Pharmapack portfolio within Informa Markets, EMEA. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this crucial role will enable the execution of our new Marketing Operations strategy and ongoing enablement of the Pharma Marketing team.
Our mission as a MarOps team is to make the Pharma business moreproductive, efficient, and profitable.We will enable the Marketing team tomake informed decisionsutilisingdata,ensuring knowledge is shared and willenable the best use of our technology. We will do this in a sustainable waywith a customer and colleague-centered approach.
As a natural evolution of the Marketing team's agile transformation in 2023, the newly formed Marketing Operations function will continue to champion agile marketing and will be responsible for building and executing the foundations of five key pillars. These pillars reflect the remit of Marketing Operations in 2024:

Supporting the execution of the Marketing Operations initiatives for each of these pillars will require excellent communication skills, organisation, and understanding of effective process development within a matrix structure. Working across many teams and departments to execute your responsibilities will require a people and solutions-driven approach. This role, therefore, will be a key enabler of a positive team culture where people love coming to work.
You'll be responsible for...
Supporting the execution, and optimisation of key processes for the Marketing team, ensuring effective documentation and administrative support for projects and campaigns
Co-ordinating key stakeholders to enable the development and rollout of new standardised marketing tools and templates
Developing and implementing processes for knowledge-sharing across the team and the wider Informa business
Co-ordinating marketing excellence training to develop the team, enable best practice and maximise usage of tools
Documenting and enabling effective use of project management tools for the Marketing team to effectively manage and track velocity of work
Enabling the adoption of our agile transformation by co-ordinating the development of centralised, standardised resources and tools for agile marketing guidance and training
Helping to facilitate agile hub ceremonies, enabling teams to manage workflows and optimise hub ways of working
Support the delivery of our Marketing Operations strategy; helping to enable the execution of initiatives where required
Reporting on KPIs relevant to Marketing Operations
Co-ordinating with internal teams to assist the delivery of digital products for clients on our Event App and CPHI Online, highlighting opportunities for process improvements & supporting the management of our external relationships

2+ years' experience in project management, marketing or sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience of working cross-functionally, juggling different stakeholder requirements
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
Experience with developing and optimising processes to streamline ways of working
Experience working effectively with external customers, balancing their needs with business outcomes
