This is a rare opportunity to work with the Marketing team of a high-profile organisation based in Wales on a range of campaigns and events through the spring and summer of 2024.Your new role You will be responsible for planning, implementing and the evaluation of a range of campaigns using a wide range of online and offline channels. Developing strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, you will work with other departments across the organisation to promote upcoming campaigns to target audiences via Marketing & Communications platforms, ensuring consistency of brand across all outputs. You will support colleagues on key events throughout the summer calendar and will attend in person, being the face of the organisation at events such as The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show, Cardiff Pride and Eisteddfod to name a few. You will analyse campaign outcomes and evaluate data to monitor effectiveness and impact. What you'll need to succeed You will have prior experience of working within a busy Marketing department with experience of running end to end marketing campaigns and supporting events. Previous knowledge and experience of working across traditional and digital marketing & communications channels is required. Excellent communication skills in Welsh and English, both written and oral, are an essential requirement for this post. What you'll get in return £15 - £17.50 per hour + holiday allowance (dependent on experience). 6-month contract.
