Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Commercial Director Western Europe - Marketing Mix, eager to lead, create, collaborate, and inspire. This person will be part of the leadership team of the Analytics Business Unit. The role reports directly to the Business Unit Leader.  As the Marketing Mix Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of NIQ by leading and executing strategic sales goals within the Marketing Mix practice. This position requires a blend of strong sales acumen, Western European marketing expertise, and leadership skills to effectively manage and optimize the Marketing Mix practice for our Manufacturer clients.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Marketing Mix solution and competitive environment, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve all objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and deliver the Sales/Commercial Management Strategy to launch our Marketing Mix practice Achieve revenue goals by recognizing potential opportunities with clients to drive profitable sales.  Lead and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and product demonstrations to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors. Recognize potential opportunities with clients to drive sales Develop customer relationships with Marketers; establish, and implement strategies for launching the Marketing Mix business unit focusing on developing pilots and building the customer base Set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline generation, accurate pipeline reporting and sales forecasts reporting up to sales leader Maintain relationships with key project stakeholders (including product, technology and delivery teams) to ensure project satisfaction. Collaborate with product leadership to incorporate product features and benefits into NIQ Marketing Mix solution Coordinate market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors that inform GTM strategy Collaborate with ADs to find opportunities for NIQ Marketing Mix implementation Apply a thorough understanding of the marketplace, industry trends, and products to all management activities and strategic sales decisions Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Product Leaders, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR) to efficiently navigate complex sales cycles A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU You are more than a leader: you are a mentor, teacher, team manager, and strategist who is skilled at seeing the big sales picture.  You love building from scratch and establishing a Marketing Mix business unit. You know how to design the right Marketing Mix sales strategies and action plans, all while creating a motivating culture of success.  You are well known in the industry and have a broad set of market and industry contacts and existing relationships. Facing challenges to achieve goals fuels you.  Successful collaborations feel energizing.
