We are on the lookout for a motivated Marketing Manager who is well versed in working with IT Service Providers. This role is crucial for deepening and expanding our existing partner relationships, as well as identifying and securing new MSPs, MSSPs and VARs to broaden our direct partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and have a doer mentality, capable of elevating our market presence, improving partner engagement, and propelling revenue growth through our partner channels.

Strategic Partner Development: Craft and implement robust marketing strategies to enrich existing partnerships and attract new MSPs and VARs to our network.
Market Analysis & Segmentation: Dive deep into market research to identify potential partners, customizing engagement strategies that resonate with MSPs and VARs at every stage.
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop compelling content, including case studies, testimonials, blog posts, and sales materials, that highlights the benefits of partnering with Redstor.
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Execute targeted marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and partner acquisition, leveraging digital and traditional channels for optimal impact.
Partner Enablement: Create and manage resources and programs to support partner success, including training sessions, product demos, and co-marketing opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement, using insights to refine strategies and maximize program effectiveness.
Collaboration & Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing strategies support Redstor's overall objectives.
Who We're Looking For:
Experienced Professional: Minimum 5 years in marketing, with a focus on direct channel marketing to MSPs and VARs, preferably in B2B, tech, or SaaS sectors.
Strategic Visionary: Capable of developing and executing marketing plans that align with Redstor's business goals, with a deep understanding of the MSP and VAR ecosystem.
Content Expert: Outstanding writing skills, capable of producing engaging content tailored to the MSP and VAR audience.
Data-Driven Analyst: Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and with partners.
Creative Innovator: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Digital Enthusiast: Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies, with a passion for lead generation techniques.
