Marketing Manager Wanted for Moonshine Bars Group
Moonshine Bars Group operates four fantastic Bar/Restaurants in London:
The Rose, Fulham A food-led community pub/restaurant in a vibrant London village.
Munich Cricket Club (MCC) Located in Victoria, Canary Wharf, and Tower Hill.
We are expanding and looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, contributing to the growth and profitability of our existing venues and the launch of new ones.
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop and execute a dynamic marketing plan.
Maintain and nurture brand guidelines for Munich Cricket Club and The Rose.
Analyse customer insights, trends, and market analysis to build successful strategies.
Create and manage Google Adwords and social media campaigns.
Produce initiatives and special events.
Create monthly newsletters and advertising content.
Maintain websites and ensure consistent 'Tone of Voice' in all communications.
Communicate with GMs and senior personnel.
Assist in staff training development.
The Sales Manager reports to the Marketing Manager. Together, you will:
Maximise group and event bookings.
Execute seasonal events (Oktoberfest/Christmas, etc.).
Develop party and group business (office parties/stags/birthdays).
Create standard party and events packages.
Maintaining / optimising the Collins Reservations system back office
Skills and Experience:
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated.
Ability to lead and inspire others.
3-5 years of experience in brand and marketing.
Experience in the hospitality industry.
Experienced in Google insights and analytics.
Multi-channel marketing experience across e-commerce, restaurant, and digital platforms.
Knowledge of reservations systems.
Reporting and Location:
The Marketing Manager reports to the Managing Director and will be based at our Fulham offices, with regular travel to our venues.
