Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives across our hotels and pubs. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for hospitality and a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to attract guests, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities as a Marketing Manager :
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for each property, aligning with overall business objectives and target market segments.
Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and online advertising, to promote our hotels and pubs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and packages to drive bookings and sales.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven decisions.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications requested for a Marketing Manager :
Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of hotel and pub operations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different target audiences.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing software, and website analytics.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making.
