Job DescriptionMARKETING MANAGERMercedes-Benz Truck & Van (NI) Northern Ireland’s only Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealership have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager.This is a full-time, permanent role which will be based within our sales showroom of our Mallusk dealership.Key purpose of the role:As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement the marketing strategy which will drive the MBNI Truck & Van brand in Northern Ireland and beyond. You will create integrated marketing campaigns across many channels for our commercial vehicle business including Truck & Van Sales, Aftersales, Parts, and our Rental business.This is a varied role within a fast-paced environment and will encompass all marketing activities for the business to include: Marketing strategy, paid ads management, budget allocation, content direction, event planning, vehicle stock management, CRM database management all fitting within the Mercedes-Benz brand.You will also be responsible for website management, content creation for social media, digital & email marketing – ensuring all content is in keeping with Mercedes-Benz guidelines.Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to the management team.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging products, and best practices in marketing, and apply them to enhance the company's marketing strategies.Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Essential skills and experience:Minimum of 2 years’ previous experience in a relevant marketing roleDegree in Marketing/Business or related qualification Proactive approach with a high level of creativityProficient in website management and use of CMS softwareProficient in CRM and database managementEvidence of implementing and managing social media campaigns for businessStrong verbal and written communication skillsConfident in co-ordinating marketing plans with the manufacturer and management teamDesirable:Experience working in the automotive industryCompetent user of Kerridge or similar Dealer Management SystemKnowledge of graphic design packages; for example, Adobe or CanvaIn addition to a competitive market salary, you will enjoy enhanced benefits which include:·30 days annual leave (includes 8 Customary days)·Sick pay and enhanced critical illness sick pay·Death in Service benefit·Group Profit Share ·On-site parking·Staff canteenThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly reputable dealership.Should you wish to apply for this role, please send an up-to-date CV for consideration to ##### are an equal opportunities employer.www.mbtvni.com
