Your passion for sustainability aligns perfectly with our commitment to creating a more sustainable future.About the roleAs the Energy Engineering Marketing Manager for Flogas Britain, you will be a key driver in promoting our energy-related solutions and services to both on and off-grid businesses.Your role will involve strategic marketing and campaign development for DTGen, a leader in the design, supply, installation, testing, and maintenance of standby power systems and combined heat and power units that support prestige businesses and infrastructure across the UK, and Protech Group Limited, which provides a bespoke engineering, HVAC, energy, and water management services to Businesses across the UK.You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from the wider DCC Energy group businesses and divisions to support customers with energy solutions that meet their current business needs and help them through an affordable, manageable energy transition.If you’re passionate about all types of energy and innovative B2B marketing strategies, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in businesses' energy management and transition.What you will be doingStrategic Campaign Management:Craft lead generation campaigns for B2B bespoke energy solutions from DTGen, Protech Group and FlogasBuild on positioning as a trusted energy partner who can provide a wide range of solutions to solve emergency standby power generation, backup and energy transition challengesEnsure activity aligns with DCC’s greener cleaner energy in your power strategyEvaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as neededEffective Marketing Communication:Develop and execute targeted marketing communication plansUsing HubSpot and other digital platforms ensures successful Marketing AutomationMeasure and Maximise reach, engagement, and conversionStay informed about industry trends and competitor activitiesStakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and technical experts, to build relevant and thought-provoking contentBuild strong relationships with external partners and clientsProvide insights to enhance product development and service offeringsAudience Profiling and Targeting:Define customer profiles and segmentsImplement data-driven targeting strategiesOptimise messaging for different audiencesBrand Development and Positioning:Work closely with each business unit and the wider marketing teamsEnhance DTGen and Protech Group Limited’s brand presence in the B2B spacePosition our solutions as industry-leading and customer-centricMarket Development and Business Growth:Identify growth opportunities within the energy sectorDevelop marketing strategies to capture new marketsCollaborate with sales teams to drive business expansionAbout YouWe know that sometimes people can be put off applying for a job if they don't tick every box, if you're excited about working for us and have most of the skills or experience we're looking for, then please apply, regardless of whether you meet all the requirements outlined in this profile.The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience and a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within the energy sector, engineering or related industries. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, and a master’s degree is considered advantageous. Certification in marketing or project management would also be beneficial.Candidates with some technical understanding of energy systems, HVAC, and engineering concepts would have an edge in collaborating with internal teams and contributing effectively to strategic marketing initiatives.The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns for DTGen and Protech Group Limited, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop innovative energy solutions that meet customers' needs.
