Job DescriptionJob SpecificationResponsibilities will include:Developing and implementing paid advertising strategies including social media and Google PPC campaignsResearching and identifying SEO opportunities and creating optimised website content including blogs and landing pagesBuilding and maintaining the company’s presence across multiple social media channelsManaging marketing budgets across various channelsCollaborating with sales, development and operational teams to co-ordinate feature releases to inform and educate customers on the WorkPal software and Telecoms products.Co-ordinating with relevant stakeholders to develop company press releasesImplementing and managing paid print advertising strategyCo-ordinating local and national exhibitions to drive brand awarenessResearching and identifying and implementing innovative growth strategies through market analysisUsing advanced marketing automation to nurture MQL’s along a customer journeyCreating, implementing and monitoring email marketing campaignsLiaising with customers to develop engaging case studiesCo-ordinating industry webinars to engage existing customers and prospecting businessCo-ordinating charity partnerships to enhance the business’s CSRCreating, executing, and monitoring marketing KPIsPreparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns using key analytical toolsAttending monthly senior management meetingsPerson SpecificationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant fields3+ years in B2B marketing roleSelf-starterProven success in lead generation campaigns where ROI was highly consideredExperienced in Adobe Suite productsExperience working in a fast-paced environment and working to deadlinesFamiliar with data analytics tools to measure marketing performanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCreative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovationAbility to collaborate with relevant stakeholdersA keen eye for detailSaaS experience is preferable but not essentialCompany BenefitsHours of work 08.30 – 5 Monday to Thursday, 9 – 5 Friday.
