Marketing Manager

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:· Manage and coordinate marketing and social media staff· Lead market research efforts and find the best strategy to outshine and stand out among other competitive organisations· Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets· Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to produce effective strategies· Monitor current campaigns, ensuring the staff meets deadlines and complete necessary tasks· Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure· Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company and various departments department· Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective students· Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.Required skills and qualificationsProven success in developing marketing plans and campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsMetrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativityExperience with marketing automation and CRM toolsPreferred skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related fieldProficiency with online marketing and social media strategyProven success in designing interactive applications and networking platformsWillingness to travelEstablished contacts in media
