Working Hours:
Monday
Thursday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
(1-hour lunch break; Total: 37 hours per week)
Salary- £40,000 - £45,000 pa depending experience + extra benifits
Our client, a prestigious Legal firm located in the heart of the West Midlands, is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join their team at their Shirley offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of all marketing activities and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities:
Manage the delivery of all marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the firm's objectives and strategies.
Execute events, marketing communications, and online presence across various digital platforms and social media, including pay-per-click campaigns.
Challenge traditional marketing techniques and embrace innovative technology to enhance marketing efforts.
Develop and monitor budgets, tracking monthly spend and highlighting potential under/overspend.
Collate data, generate reports, and perform analytics to provide actionable insights.
Oversee Legal 500 submissions, website management, and solicitor reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services background.
Proven track record of successfully delivering marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives.
Experience in organizing events and managing event logistics.
Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated individual with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.
