Job Description
PDG Media is a full-service digital marketing agency that works with coffee brands.
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with experience leading teams to deliver high-quality content for our omnichannel campaigns. This role will be based in our London office, working on a hybrid basis.
As our Marketing Manager, you will lead the agency to deliver results for our portfolio of clients. This includes several key areas: social media, newsletter, website design & development, SEO content, and more.
We are looking for someone with solid experience using platforms like Semrush/Ahrefs for SEO and Klaviyo for newsletters. Expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X will be key, and experience with design platforms such as Figma will be a plus. Solid operational skills and previous experience managing teams are both essential.
The right candidate will be an expert across all areas of digital marketing and an inspiring leader for our agency team. A high level of organisation, a solution-focused mindset, and the ability to leverage multiple creative projects at once will all be necessary to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of social media managers, editors, designers, and developers across all PDG Media omnichannel campaigns
Lead all weekly internal meetings with the PDG Media team
Oversee quality control across all work, ensuring it meets clients’ high standards
Project manage cohesive quarterly campaigns across all platforms for clients
Ensure all creative work is on-brand across all accounts
Maximise lead generation for clients via targeted Klaviyo flows
Develop the strategy for client email marketing campaigns using tools such as Apollo and Dripify
Collaborate with our Digital Projects Manager & developers to build/update websites as needed
Coordinate our SEO strategy, focusing on keywords which maximise sales
Constantly research current digital marketing trends (social media, newsletter, SEO, UX/UI & more) to bring new opportunities to both internal and external accounts
Deliver all work on-time and on-budget
Manage our reporting & analytics, delivering actionable recommendations based on clients’ sales goals
Essential:
A minimum of 4 years' experience in a digital marketing role
At least 2 years’ experience leading and managing teams in a digital marketing or media capacity
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications).
Exceptional organisational & leadership skills, with a track record of inspiring teams to execute and deliver high-quality work on-time
Expertise across multiple areas of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, website design/development, EDM & email marketing
Proficiency with Klaviyo
Experience managing content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & X
Experience using Semrush/Ahrefs or equivalent
Experience working with web developers & designers
Experience with Figma for website mockups
Superb knowledge of best practices for community management
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
At least 2 years’ experience working in the coffee industry.
Proficiency with G Suite applications (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Graphic design skills.
Experience with Apollo or another email marketing tool.
Experience with Dripify or another LinkedIn marketing tool.
Experience working in an international team.
