Marketing Manager

We are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join our Sales team based in our East Midlands region.
The successful candidate will manage all commercial marketing activities within the Region to support the Sales and Marketing Director with implementation of the marketing strategy and promotion of Sales. You will also be responsible for and manage the day-to-day marketing activities including the budget, preparing briefs, and coordinating the approval process while advising the sales team on brand and advertising guidelines.
About you:
Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce and Google analytics
Proficient user of IT; including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Photoshop
Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy Sales / Marketing function is essential.
Experience in a Sales / Marketing management function for House Building or Construction firm is desirable.
Will possess a solid understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements,
Experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Minimum HND / Degree in Marketing or qualified by equivalent experience.
Professional membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable.
Experience analysing
and measuring
digital media campaigns.
