We have an exciting opportunity to join a growing family-owned business based in Maidenhead, with growth plans to expand into numerous global channels. We are looking for a highly-skilled, analytically minded, insights-driven Marketing Manager to become part of the leadership team.
Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Sales and Management team. You will work closely with the CEO, and the Sales Director to lead, drive and improve our marketing performance, creating sales opportunities through end-to-end campaign management and marketing-generated leads creation, primarily through digital marketing. To do this, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, further developing, and tracking the end-to-end impact of all the company’s marketing activities to drive continuous learning and deliver growth in our key sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver strategies and campaigns to increase the number and quality of new and existing customer inbound leads captured through marketing activities.Create new online campaigns and approaches that fall in line with strategic priorities.Research and write/edit content used in marketing and sales campaigns, such as marketing messages, e-mails, sales material, case studies, social media posts etc.Own and manage the budget for and the agency/freelance resources associated with creating campaign and sales support materials in the UK and Ireland.Proactively research and share innovative approaches to marketing and sales support that could improve overall marketing and sales performance and efficiency.Participate in core strategic projects related to marketing and sales effectiveness.Support and drive performance of the end-to-end marketing and sales process through campaign management and clear target setting
The Candidate
A minimum of three years experience in a marketing role, either B2B or B2C including digital marketing.Demonstrable experience successfully developing and delivering lead-generation campaigns in line with budgets and KPIsExperience researching, writing, and editing copy, designing online ads, marketing emails, and landing pages, and building marketing automation flows.Familiar with marketing platforms like Adobe Photoshop, Klaviyo, Facebook advertising, and Google AdsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience in multilingual international businesses is an advantage but not a necessity
