We deliver Enterprise Asset Management and Field worker solutions.As a company we are committed to meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations such that we are first choice for continuing to provide services to them in the long term.We champion Growth from within, both for individuals to challenge themselves to grow, seize opportunities and develop further than they may have thought possible, whilst also investing in our awesome talent as the future leaders of our business and industry.POSITION:Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will be highly motivated and a self-starter, most likely with a broad Marketing skillset, who can be successful in a challenging and multi-faceted environment.As part of the AMT-Sybex move into a Growth phase, you will play a critical role in that growth, through developing an on-line presence to provide consistent high-quality market engagement, and working within the small Sales & Marketing team to ensure our products and services are positioned most favourably with new and prospective clients.The Marketing Manager will engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and have the ability to use that insight to build and execute marketing plans, strategies and actions focused on qualified pipeline creation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Create and maintain a Marketing Plan for AMT-Sybex, both strategic (annually) and tactically (quarterly) including utilisation of Jonas best practiceHelp identify and then implement promotional programs as part of the annual marketing plan for AMT-Sybex including internal and external resources where required, on time and within budgetUnderstand and report monthly the competitive situationEngage in internal and external research to identify and understand the needs of utility companies in respect of AMT-Sybex competitive niche‘Own’ our website and social media contentWhere appropriate manage strategic projects across the AMT-Sybex community, this includes extensive stakeholder management, project management and budget responsibilitiesAct as part of the Sales & Marketing team for the AMT-Sybex enterprise management tool (Monday.com) helping the team’s use of and best exploitation of functionality including: CRM, opportunity management, sales operations reportingTransforming technical information into captivating, engaging, and effective contentSupport for go-to-market strategy development for new productsOperational support for all AMT-Sybex sales activities such as: individual client meeting support, tender engagement (bid teams), collateral development.JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Essential Skills and ExperienceExpertise and passion for MarketingAn integrated marketing mindset and understanding of the interplay offline and online and between paid and owned channels on social mediaAbility to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term work areasExperience working with multiple digital platformsPrevious marketing experience, and strong knowledge of digital marketing and social mediaMarketing qualifications or relevant further educationCRM use and developmentTech sector marketing experience a plus.Your Personal Characteristics will include:Able to work independently as well as coordinate efforts with other team membersSound judgment and personal integritySolution focused, with ability to prioritiseExcellent administrative and organisational skillsAccurate with a high attention to detailSelf-motivated, resourceful, and keen to learn and share knowledgeEnthusiastic, motivated, empathetic, and professional.Salary will be commensurate with experience and job responsibilities.
