Eight people with a passion for helping athletes are taking on the big boys.Armed with the weapons of quality, trust and a bullsh*t free attitude, we've managed to tape Olympians, World Champions and World Cup Winners. Lunchtime runs and the possibility of being indoctrinated into doing a Hyrox or an Ultra marathon.WHAT WE NEEDSomeone who has a (borderline) unhealthy obsession with sport and loves digital marketing. We want a growth marketeer, that can help take us past the £10M mark and build a marketing team around them.First and foremost, you'll need to be a self-starter. We're a small team so you will need to take the helm. We can provide opinions but you will make the decisions.We only know what we know. You need to bring fresh ideas but more importantly, have the tenacity to execute them. We can't afford to wait. We need to learn fast.WHAT YOU WILL DO· Build, plan and implement the marketing strategy.· Develop targeted email campaigns with personalised content to engage subscribers and drive conversions.· Optimise website content and structure to improve visibility in search engine results and attract organic traffic.· Work with our external agency to create compelling ads and manage bids effectively to maximise ROI and drive traffic to the website or landing pages.· Rigorously assess our digital performance, manage the budget.· Ensure a user-friendly website experience with clear navigation and optimised landing pages to enhance conversion rates.· Manage and develop engaging content and utilise social media platforms to build community engagement and brand loyalty.· Create compelling video content and distribute it across various channels to captivate audiences and convey our brand message effectively.· Develop and implement a tone of voice that educates and inspires.· Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer to deliver a consistently brilliant identity.WHAT WE WANTA maverick, that loves sport and working in a small team4+ year’s digital marketing experienceExperience with email marketing platformsKnowledge of Shopify PlusIf you don't fit the above but still feel the role is for you.
