focusses being on existing customer category penetration, increasing customer acquisition rates, developing effective marketing campaigns, and to identify areas for growth.As the ideal Marketing Manager, you will have:Bachelor’s Degree & significant experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field. Proven experience in delivering sales growth within an existing customer base & improving customer acquisition rates for new business. Prospective
Marketing Manager or similar role experience.Experience of
enhancing
an ‘’end to end’’ customer purchasing journey.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective engagement and retention strategies.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.A full understanding of the principles of ‘people management’ with experience of focusing, leading, and developing high performing teams.Be a strong and confident communication skills and be able to collaborate with employees at all levels of our business, as well as external partners.Have experience in managing marketing campaigns, gained with an agency or in-house environment.Being able to use, build and interpret reports from Google Analytics.As a Marketing Manager, we would expect you to be able to demonstrate:Self-management skills, including time management, planning, prioritizing and timely completion of work responsibilities and job assignments.Excellent people skills, building business relationships at all levels.A determined and diligent attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach towards daily tasks.Ability to be pro-active and use own initiative to investigate challenges & create solutions.Always adhere to the Lyreco Values: Agility, Respect, Passion, and ExcellenceBe humble, hungry and display emotional intelligence.Lyreco is a great place to work.
