Job DescriptionHybrid Marketing Manager required to join a global leading FMCG company on a 12 month contract for a salary of up to £100,000 per annum. This position as a Marketing Manager is a hybrid role with two days a week been based at the company's headquarters in Waterloo, London.Engaging in this role is thrilling due to the nature of the client you'll represent. As a Marketing Manager, you'll serve as the strategic lead for global Influencer and social initiatives, reporting directly to the Global VP. The position demands a robust strategic planning skill set, emphasizing experience in developing data-driven social content and Influencer strategies for a global brand.Key responsibilities include acting as a thought leader with brand teams, offering guidance for successful implementation of plans in this channel. Additionally, you'll be tasked with creating essential influencer marketing resources such as playbooks and toolkits.Marketing Manager Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of data-driven Influencer strategies for brands throughout the year. Collaborate with the VP to adapt the engagement model to the changing social landscape across key markets.Drive Influencer campaigns in partnership with Others Say brand teams, Business Units, and local markets.Pioneer innovative Influencer approaches in key markets, actively participating in program implementation for scalability.Develop a consistent methodology for measuring the effectiveness of social influencer campaigns across the business group.Analyse each campaign and pilot to evaluate performance against objectives, identifying successes and areas for improvement.Collaborate with agencies, providing clear directives and delineating responsibilities between the in-house team and external partners as needed. To qualify for the Marketing Manager position, the ideal candidate should possess strong senior stakeholder management in large organisations or agencies. They must have a solid understanding of data analytics, social listening, and experience with tools like Brand Watch and Traackr.
