Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager required to join a global manufacturer in the electrical industry. The Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager will be responsible for the full product marketing mix including the creation and implementation for the marketing strategy within the electrical power management sector into various industries including Data Centre, Renewable energy, Healthcare, Transportation & more. The Successful Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager will ideally have product management and / or product marketing experience in electrical engineering and /or manufacturing. Full product training is provided. Package£45,000 - £65,000 depending on experienceCar allowance - circa £6500 per yearHigh bonus scheme8 % contributory pensionHealthcareAdditional company benefitsMarketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager RoleYou will be responsible for the full marketing mix for your product area, including the creation and implementation of marketing strategy within the power distribution, power quality and critical power sectors.Master the offer knowledge and the Offer environment, including market & competition intelligence within various industries including Data Centre, Renewable energy, Healthcare, Transportation & more.Developing executive level presentation material and working with Product Managers on value propositions.Support sales strategy execution through an operational marketing plan on the offer portfolio.Cooperate in a cross-functional way with other regional and corporate teams to optimize results & resources, especially with the regional marketing team, sales team and business development team.Identifying new product opportunities, develop and execute product marketing strategies.Liaise with various engineering departments, sales and marketing teams. Marketing Manager / Product Marketing Manager / Product Manager RequirementsExperience as a Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Product Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager or similar withing engineering and / or manufacturing.A proven background in engineering manufacturing would be advantageous. Full product training is provided.Experience in B2B marketing and complex sales within engineering.Engineering degree in Marketing, electrical engineering, electrotechnics, electro-technical, electronics or similar is advantageous.Demonstratable use of marketing tools and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.Full UK Driving Licence. Willingness for regular travel to customer sites UK wide
