We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team in Peterborough. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a key role in shaping their marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth. With a competitive salary ranging from �35,000 to �40,000, and Monday to Friday fully office-based hours, this role offers an exciting opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Create compelling marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in marketing, working for a small company, with service sector experience (Desirable)
  • Evidence of solid and consistent marketing experience of 4 years plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage own workload, with the freedom to be creative.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies independently.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
