As the Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in steering marketing initiatives to drive and support the organisation's commercial success. This is your chance to own the UK marketing strategy, crafting and implementing comprehensive plans both domestically and in export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and PR strategies, including meticulous budget and resource planning.
  • Drive marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring lead generation across diverse platforms.
  • Craft compelling content for websites, social media, and other marketing channels.
  • Execute campaigns to enhance customer loyalty and market share.
  • Strategise and coordinate product launches.
  • Oversee digital marketing and PR endeavours to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
  • Curate social media presence, aligning content strategy with sales and branding objectives.
  • Lead event and exhibition marketing endeavours, liaising with suppliers and external teams.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designer to produce captivating marketing materials.
  • Analyse customer data and report on KPIs.
  • Foster cross-departmental alignment to synchronise marketing with overarching business goals.
  • Stay abreast of marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage one direct report.

About You:

  • Proven experience in a B2B Marketing Manager/Lead role.
  • Prior exposure in the tech or security sector is advantageous.
  • Ability to conceptualise and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Essential product-based marketing experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and video editing is advantageous.
  • Experience in organising exhibitions.

The Role:

  • Competitive salary range: �35,000 - �40,000.
  • 4 days in-office, 1 day working from home
  • 25 days leave plus bank holidays.
