Marketing Manager, Bournemouth , £60,000, 4 day working week/ Hybrid

This is a brand new role for this thriving business. Our client are looking for a ambitious and highly driven Marketing Manager to lead their internal marketing function. You’ll be leading a small marketing team whilst driving the go-to-market strategy. You'll be forward thinking and looking into the 'future of marketing', leading from the front, inspiring and influencing key stakeholders.

   As Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:  

• Help build and execute a go to market plan that incorporate both inbound and outbound lead generation programs
• Create a compelling story for the brand
• Deliver a well-rounded and cost-effective content campaign  
• Develop and execute a broad lead generation methodology
• Implement and optimize digital marketing channels
• Develop and build the skills of the team
• Manage performance of all team members

The ideal Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate:  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B
• Experience of lead generation and account based marketing campaigns  
• Degree educated in Marketing, Business or a related field  
• Be highly motivated, passionate and have the ability to inspire and influence key stakeholders
