My client is a pioneering employee benefits and incentives company revolutionising how employers engage and reward their workforce. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate the growth of their employee benefits platform. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact by implementing and executing a marketing strategy that resonates with employers and employees alike. We seek a creative, data-driven marketer passionate about crafting compelling narratives that inspire action.

Location: Hybrid, ideally at least two days a week in their offices near Hemel Hempstead

Marketing Manager Duties include:


  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, from concept to evaluation, aligned with commercial goals and underpinned by market, competitor, and customer insights.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and the voice of the customer to inform and optimise campaign development.
  • Owning customer engagement plans across all marketing channels (email, social, digital, events, partnerships) will drive usage, cross-selling, and upselling across our range of employee benefits.
  • Manage the creation of best-in-class sales enablement and customer materials.
  • Develop compelling content that connects products and services to the needs of key audiences, tailored for multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Account Management, Creative, Content Partners) to develop plans, innovate, and communicate marketing activities.
  • Report and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities across a range of KPIs.
  • Manage marketing spend effectively.

Ideal Marketing Manager will have the following skills and experience:


  • Demonstrable marketing experience targeting a broad range of market segments, ideally in a B2B2C environment.
  • Proven track record in delivering successful multichannel campaigns leveraging various tactics and channels, including customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • The passion to test, measure and learn – using a combo of data and creativity
  • Ability to work in a global business and confidently contribute to team meetings.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
