Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager or ambitious Marketing Executive or Marketing Co-Ordinator with a proven track record in Marketing, for a small to medium size industrial, technical or engineering company.
Working for the well established UK Sales & Service office of a major European manufacturer of end of line packaging machinery solutions who have just embarked on a impressive 3 year growth plan including a move to new premises and significant investment in marketing to support the sales team.
BASIC SALARY: up to £45,000
BENEFITS:

• Circa £5,000 Annual Bonus
• 10% Pension

LOCATION: Office Based in Bedfordshire, You MUST be commutable to the office although hybrid working (2 or maybe 3 days per week WFH) will be offered to the successful candidate.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive - Packaging Machinery, Food
Reporting to the MD you will take responsibility for the companies marketing function developing and implementing a 3 year marketing plan (with input on budgets) with a focus on supporting the sales team by creating and managing lead generation and you will be targeted on agreed KPI`s.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive - Packaging Machinery, Food

• You WILL have a proven track record as a Marketing Manager, or be an ambitious Marketing Executive or Marketing Co-ordinator in a B2B environment who has worked in a small to medium size industrial, technical or engineering company.
• You WILL be qualified to degree level in Marketing.
• Any relevant product or market knowledge would be advantageous.
