How you will create impact:
As the UK Senior Marketing Manager your role will be to build and deliver a local marketing plan that drives measurable outcomes in terms of awareness, reputation, relationships and revenue for Simon Kucher in the UK. The role will report directly into the UK Partners, whilst working in close collaboration with the Global Marketing team.Key responsibilities include:Create
a marketing plan that meets the needs of a diverse cross-sector partnershipLeverage
global campaign assets though local market adaptation and distribution in
the UKEnsure
effective delivery of the plan through strong organisational / project
management skills and diligent follow-throughMeasure
and report performance of marketing initiatives to drive learnings and continuous
improvementHands-on
involvement in all local marketing events
Your profile:
Minimum of 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing, gained within a fast moving business, with professional services experience desirableExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to engage with and advise stakeholders of all levels and functions within the business, building trust and long-term relationshipsStrong proficiency in spoken and written EnglishStrong project management skills and experience in managing
PR initiatives, developing and executing
demand generation programs, content marketing campaigns and setting up
processes around theseStrong analytical skills and experience in using data to make informed decisions, optimize marketing activities and report on marketing performance and ROIHighly independent self-starter with a hands-on approach and delivery focus
