We are on a mission to drive and expand Onitsuka Tiger’s global business and become the most iconic premium lifestyle brand. As we are establishing a strong organization to expand our business in Europe, we require a Marketing Manager to proactively participate in this activity. This role is responsible for leading marketing activities and enhance Onitsuka Tiger brand in UK in close communication with relevant functions of Onitsuka Tiger Company globally, as well as regional office in Amsterdam.In this role you will work together very closely with the Marketing Managers from other regions, General Manager EMEA, Onitsuka Tiger Marketing Manager EMEA and Marketing coordinator UK.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and executed brand awareness, acquisition, and re engagement initiatives which drive the growth of Onitsuka Tiger UK offline & online business.Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customersDevelop a robust annual marketing strategy for Onitsuka Tiger UK, assessing overall product marketing plans and aligning priorities against the overall business calendar and goals.Create and maintain an action-oriented, easy to understand, monthly marketing performance report for offline & online.Develop impactful 360-degree marketing plan across traditional and digital platform. Analyse and drive media performance across all mediums.Manage media & digital agency relationship to drive KPIs and optimise media spend and performance.Investigate the performance of a company’s marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.Manage customer database including ongoing maintenance and regular database updates for better customer insight.Conceptualize, manage and execute press & customer events in cooperation with store network & key organisational functions to create brand awareness and maximise commercial success.Conceptualise and execute seasonal GTM in alignment with Onitsuka Tiger standards and relevant team members.Collaborate cross-functionally with critical stakeholders including Commercial Manager, Product & Merchandising Manager, General manager, Visual Merchandising and Finance.Lead marketing initiatives to generate online & offline store/ traffic and to advertise the Tiger GalleryKPIGlobal launch alignments and execution of monthly marketing strategies (digital & PR)Optimum use & plan of allocated marketing budgetWebsite TrafficWebsite sales revenue and cost per leadExpand the awareness level ROI 200% at leastAchieve the sales target of offline and online channel of UK marketPropose European Mega level Celebrity Collaboration idea by coworking with Japan HQ teamManage local vendors related to marketing usages.Utilise the UK showroom effectively by proactively communicating with stakeholdersLocal SNS accounts managements.Followers and engagement expansions by investing the budgetsCommunicate with regional/global members often and always make sure the bench mark of the expected performance level of the project in order to performYOUR EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree with minimum 7-9 years of relevant professional marketing experience. Advanced degree preferred.Experience in international brand marketing, fashion or luxury is preferred.Ability to multi-tasks projects, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions.In tune with Onitsuka Tiger and with the brand style heritageProven strategic, operational and leadership abilities with demonstrated significant impact to the business results.Onitsuka Tiger was born in 1949 as a sports shoe brand. The company continued to evolve until 1977, actively incorporating innovative ideas and technologies. In 2002, the company was reborn as a fashion brand in search of a more sophisticated style.
